Making a Choice
Would sir like a white plate? ..........

There are many web sites on the Internet offering
you long lists of homes to choose from. At first glance this might
seem a good thing. If you dig a little deeper and squint very hard
at those little pictures you will soon see that it's like going
to a restaurant and being given a choice of a white plate or a
blue one.
I have visited scores of vacation homes and the differences
between quality homes really boils down to furnishings. Since I don't think the
color of the sofa will
affect your vacation one bit I'm not going to give you lots of meaningless
choices.
quality homes v shoddy
This is where I PRE SELECT. Every home that I offer falls
into the quality bracket. We don't deal with companies who have
inferior homes. All the homes we use are young or recently refurbished.
If a property manager is tardy with repairs or an owner unwilling
to refurbish - simple, I don't use them.
Location Choices
The EXACT location of your home is not all that important but the
region probably is. We have sorted the subdivisions into two
zones
|
Zone 1 homes are 10 - 15 minutes to Disney
Zone 2 homes are 15 - 30 minutes to Disney
(Zone 2 homes
tend to be cheaper and larger, and the locations are often
quieter.)
|
The exact location/address of your home will be issued
at check in.

Size choices
The next choice is fairly straightforward - the number
of bedrooms you need (I have added condos at Windsor
Palms to the list because they might appeal to small parties -
even though it is a community pool not a private one.)
