We have homes in a number of locations in Kissimmee, Davenport, Poinciana and Buena Ventura Lakes

To try and make it easier for you to choose a home we
have split the locations into two Zones

Zone 1 homes are 10 - 15 minutes to Disney Zone 2 homes are 15 - 30 minutes to Disney

Zone 2 homes tend to be larger. The locations are quieter - away from the hustle and bustle but still close to the attractions. We have a lot of brand new homes in Zone 2 - excellent properties in their first year of renting.

Zone 1 homes are the closest to Disney and about 25 minutes from Universal Studios. The rentals in these areas tend to be more expensive but you are paying for location upgrades - not a nicer home.
